Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer Domestic shipping services within the United Kingdom. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world as our shipping partners increase.

How long does shipping take?

All UK made products are processed within 48 hours and shipping takes 3-5 days.

Shipping time varies by location within the United Kingdom and can take between 3 – 30 working days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Hermes, Royal Mail or DPD.

Packages from our warehouse outside the UK will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Orders sent via the postal service are sent with a 2nd class service with Whistl (formerly TNT Post) and delivered via Royal Mail (untracked). Items sent via courier are despatched with full tracking details.
We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3 working days,
UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch.

For UK orders we use the couriers YODEL and DPD/Interlink, if yor order is despatched via DPD/Interlink or YODEL you will receive an automatic despatch email with tracking details.
We aim for 2-5 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 6-7 working days,
For orders placed after 5.30pm, the working day commences at 9am the next day. Orders are closed at our close of business (5.00-5.30pm), please do not query a despatch until this time has elapsed.

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK
Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

All packages are packed in un-marked packaging. Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with ingredients list.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistics reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
